Access the talent pool and search by specialisation, level, location, and salary. These are people who don't apply to jobs, aren't on job boards, and may not even be on LinkedIn.

Found someone who looks right? Express interest. This is the ClientHello. You're signalling intent, not making contact directly.
CyberSec People manages the process
If you're not an existing client, we'll organise agreed terms of business first. Then we qualify your role properly. What does the team look like? What's the mission? What will this person actually be doing? We need to understand the opportunity before we can represent it.
The handshake completes
Once we've qualified the role, we speak with your selected person and advise them on how it's a fit for them. Both sides have been verified. Both sides have enough context. The introduction is made with confidence, not cold outreach.
